Britt Nicole Performs “Gold” At Seacrest Studios!

Children's Medical Center of Dallas welcomed performing artist Britt Nicole to Seacrest Studios during her whirlwind promotion tour to announce the re-release of her album GOLD.  Britt participated in an interview, performed original songs, and signed posters for patients and guests.

Britt writes her songs hoping they encourage fans through their darkest days. "GOLD was written on a day I was feeling really down and sad," she said. Britt reminded us that the hard days we get through can become some of our greatest moments (that can, in return, help other people.)

A patient co-host asked Britt about her role models. The Southern girl with a tight family has always looked up to her older brother and draws inspiration from her friend Natalie Grant. The room lit up with smiles as Britt performed three songs, including her hit GOLD. Patients enjoyed talking and taking pictures with Britt after the interview. Before she left, Britt laughed as she watched 12-year-old patient Harrison Janik's Harlem Shake video recorded in the studio. Many thanks to Britt for spending time with us in studio!

Thank you to Children’s Medical Center of Dallas intern, Lauren Devoll, for this great visit recap!
