Cole Swindell Welcomed Back to Seacrest Studios, Dallas

After his first visit to Seacrest Studios in Dallas Cole Swindell said, “I’ll see ya later,” and the country singer made good on that promise and came back to visit his friends at Children’s Health!

Many young fans packed the studio to welcome Cole back to Seacrest Studios. Cole shared what he’s been up to since the last time he visited and why it’s so good to be back in Texas. He also got to know some new friends, who gave him some restaurant recommendations for his time in Texas.

Cole was excited to perform for the crowd and even let the kids request the songs. Jacob wanted to hear “Flatliner” so Cole and his buddies jammed to that one! Kevin asked to hear “Middle of a Memory,” so Cole played that one, too! We also sang along to “Let Me See Ya Girl.” It was a mini concert exclusively for the kids in Seacrest Studios and those watching on tv from their rooms. What an experience!

Thank you, Cole and friends, for coming back to Seacrest Studios! We’re cheering you on and can’t wait to see you again soon!

AJ Mitchell Performs for Patients at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta

Fresh off his performance on the TODAY show, singer songwriter and social media sensation, AJ Mitchell, popped into Seacrest Studios and performed for patients at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta! Here to promote his new EP, Hopeful, the 17-year old talked about how exciting the last couple of years have been since moving from his small town in Illinois to Los Angeles to pursue his career as a recording artist and songwriter.

Having started piano at age four, it was no surprise to his parents that by age six, Mitchell has already written his first song — featuring a little bird. He even sang a verse or two before performing “I Don’t Want You back” and “Girls,” both on his debut EP. AJ hopes to go on tour next year, and we hope Atlanta will be one of his stops! Best of luck to this rising star, and thank you for visiting us in Seacrest Studios!

We kicked off Dierks Bentley’s visit at Levine Children’s Hospital with a round of questions from our patients. We learned that his favorite Charlotte activity is visiting the Science Discovery Museum with his kids! In an extensi

During the interview, we learned Dierks has an affinity for vegetables, and if he were to have a statue made of him, he would pose with his fists in the air as if on stage in front of a cheering crowd. Dierks admitted that was one of his favorite questions, but our favorite moment was Dierks showcasing his version of the running man and attempting a DJ voice.

Dierks played a round of “Guess that Country Music Star,” and one could say he knew his colleagues pretty well. Dierks and Bryson even sang “Huntin, Fishin, and Lovin Every Day” together. Afterward, Gray quizzed Dierks on his favorite holiday and was so adamant Christmas is the best holiday that he convinced Dierks to change his answer from The Fourth of July to Christmas, too.

When asked whom he resembled, Dierks had the studio laughing when he humbly confessed he looks like Brad Pitt; however, a highlight of the visit was when he was asked, “What is one word you would use to describe yourself,” and Dierks said he hoped it would be grateful.

We sure are grateful for your visit, Dierks! Thanks for a fabulous afternoon full of fun games and unforgettable dance moves!
