“Thank You for Being My Friend!” Virtual Visit with Blippi

The energetic YouTube and TV star known as Blippi virtually joined Seacrest Studios at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Across the country, patients from Atlanta, Nashville and Orlando called in to ask the popular children's icon questions. Dressed in his signature look featuring orange suspenders, an orange and blue hat and orange glasses Blippi answered our questions and discussed his love for dancing, music and baby giraffes - he has even visited the Cincinnati Zoo!

From all the way down south in Seacrest Studios at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta patient Stella asked if Blippi had a favorite animal. Blippi admitted that it was a tough question because he loves all kinds of animals, but birds were his favorite because they can fly way up high in the sky! Through their enthusiastic questions, Blippi costumes and even a cameo of a Blippi doll, it is clear to see that patients love all things Blippi.

Patients could not help but smile the whole time Blippi was with us and it is not hard to see why. It’s safe to say that his joyful personality and ear to ear smile brightened our day!

Thank you for being our friend, Blippi. We loved having you and cannot wait to dance, sing and laugh with you again!
