Fifth Harmony Visit Brightens The Day At Seacrest Studios!
Fifth Harmony stopped by Seacrest Studios at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and were greeted by many excited fans! The ladies chatted with the patients about the thrill of being on The X Factor. All five girls competed individually on the show but were cut from the competition in the early stages before Simon Cowell brought them back to compete as a girl group. It was a great decision as they made it to the final 3!
When asked if their chemistry was natural from the start – they all agreed that they knew (and liked) each other from the competition and admired each other’s talents. Because they were so happy to be “saved” by Simon, their love and appreciation they felt was REAL. After sorting through several potential band names….Simon Cowell called them “Girl Group” (i.e. “Girl group come here, Girl Group you’re up next…”), then Pulse, followed by LYLAS (Love You Like A Sister), and 1432…their name Fifth Harmony was decided by the public.
According to the girls, the best part of The X Factor was getting to do things they never imagined –like meeting One Direction, singing with Demi Lovato, and working with Simon Cowell.
The ladies shared that the worst part about the show, were the elimination days because they were so stressful…and they bonded with everyone on the show, so they were sad when anyone left. The girls talked a little bit about their tour and how they had a lot of input on the clothes they got to wear on stage. They were happy because they said their wardrobes reflected their individual personalities very well!
On days off, the girls told everyone that they love to SLEEP IN and spend time with family and friends. The best advice the girls ever received was to always believe in themselves, even when it gets tough. All of the girls want to get into acting…and a couple of them even admitted to loving acting MORE than singing! (But we’re not mentioning who said that!) Many thanks to the ladies of Fifth Harmony for making the patients’ day a lot brighter!
