Lauren Alaina Brings "Road Less Traveled" to Levine Children's!

Sticking true to her lyrics, Lauren Alaina taught patients at Levine Children’s Hospital that “history gets made when you're acting a fool”! She and her guitarist, Tico, showed us their top-secret handshake while patient Taniya and Lauren played tag at the mic desk. The smiles and joy were contagious throughout the entire hospital.

Patient DJ Veda asked the hard-hitting questions early, wanting to know about past Lauren and what she wanted to be when she grew up. To no one's surprise, we learned Lauren wanted to work in Pediatrics or as a Special Education Teacher. Her natural ability to connect with children and help them feel at ease was evident during her time in Charlotte. Especially when TJ snuggled up to Lauren during the meet-and-greet and did not want to let go. There was not a dry eye in the house after that moment.

The crowd got a front-row ticket to a VIP intimate concert when Lauren serenaded the patients and families with her hit song, Road Less Traveled. The crowd sang along and clapped as they witnessed their favorite country star perform. 

Lauren and Tico's kind spirits will soon not be forgotten, especially for Taniya when she received her own guitar pic! Every person who was in Seacrest Studios felt the magic and genuine energy that is Lauren Alaina. History was made today at Levine Children’s Hospital and we will be forever grateful.
