Ludacrismas Returns to Seacrest Studios at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta
Patients and families in Seacrest Studios at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta celebrated Ludacrismas as the popular actor, writer, composer and producer, Ludacris doled out warm, winter coats to all those in attendance. The fan favorite talked about his successful year — in spite of the pandemic — which included the release of “F9,” from the mega-successful Fast & Furious franchise as well as his new NetFlix series, Karma’s World which debuted in mid-October. Clearly patients were eager to talk about both because their questions focused primarily on one or the other! When a patient asked what his favorite car was from the “Fast & Furious” movies, Ludacris revealed that contrary to what people might think he would pick (a Maseratti or Porsche, etc), Ludacris stayed true to something made in America — the Ford Mustang GT as his favorite.
He also talked a lot about his animated NetFlix series, Karma’s World, which is a show about self-confidence and self-empowerment. As a girl Dad, Ludacris named the series after his oldest daughter and poured his heart and soul into creating the series which covers relevant topics to middle schoolers, and ones which replicate experiences from daughter Karma’s own life.
Ludacris, thank you so much for being the reason why there were so many special and magical moments in Seacrest Studios today. There was nothing “fast nor furious” about today’s sweet visit…and for that we at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta are so grateful.
