Rachel Crow Talks Body Positivity in Seacrest Studios!
Written by Seacrest Studios Intern, Kate Minzner
Actress and singer Rachel Crow stopped by Seacrest Studios at CHOC Children’s Hospital of Orange County! She talked about how she started her career in music as a child and has stuck with it her whole life. “I think it was always in me, that I wanted to be an artist and a singer,” Rachel said.
Rachel also talked about some of the lessons she’s learned about body positivity and learning how to be yourself. She encouraged all her young fans to open up and be themselves, saying, “You being yourself is the most beautiful and most authentic thing!”
Our co-hosts Ari and Wesley helped us get to know some fun facts about Rachel during our lightning round of questions. We found out that Rachel’s favorite color is blue, and her favorite ride at Disneyland is the Indiana Jones ride, hands down. She also owns several guitars, but grew up learning how to play violin!
Wesley concluded our interview by asking for advice on how to become a rock star. Rachel encouraged everyone to keep working hard and “don’t take no for an answer!”
A big thank-you to Rachel Crow for coming to talk to us and making all our days a little brighter!
