Levine Children’s Patients loved Jordan Davis Performance!

After playing a few games, we were surprised by Jordan’s knowledge of sports. Not only that, but he knocked every trivia question out of the park. Jordan talked about how much he loved major and minor league baseball, as well as basketball. Who knew that his dream was to be a professional baseball player! We appreciated his generosity, humble heart, and words of inspiration to patients, “When life gets hard, keep going”. Safe to say he really made our studio feel like home! Thanks again and you are welcome anytime, Jordan!
The Tour Continues At Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta!
Saturday turned into a “Stupendous Saturday!” in Seacrest Studios with a visit from country singer, Jordan Davis! Patients were thrilled to get up close and personal and even had some fun filming a video message for Jordan’s buddy, Jake Owen. The Louisiana native, (pronounced “Loosiana” not Louisiana, according to Jordan!) talked about his career, his friends back home, his fun making his Home State Stories and why he doesn’t have any of his awards hanging up in his house (he doesn’t want to jinx things!)
With his love of hunting and fishing, and his great beard he could certainly pass as a member of the Robertson family of Duck Dynasty (friends he’s had since before they became famous). We talked LSU football and the big game this weekend, and his new baby who will be attending her first concert tonight! He is a proud girl Dad and says he jumps right in with diaper changes but added that so far, his daughter isn’t too fond of his lullabies. There were plenty of his fans in the studio who DID appreciate his acoustic versions of “Slow Dance In a Parking Lot” and “Singles You Up”. His advice to anyone trying to pursue their dream is to work hard, be patient and have fun because once it’s not fun anymore, it’s time to do something different. We certainly had fun with Jordan and can’t thank him enough for stopping by Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
