Victoria Justice Helps Kick Off The Fourth Of July At Seacrest Studios!
The rain in Atlanta could not hold off the excitement at Seacrest Studios when Victoria Justice made an appearance during her recent Summer Break Tour with Big Time Rush.
Looking pretty in patriotic stripes, Victoria delighted the large crowd of patients, doctors, nurses, and parents who had gathered at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta to see the Nickelodeon star. Many remembered Justice from her starring roles on Zoey 101 and, more recently, Victorious.
On a 38-city tour with boy band, Big Time Rush, Victoria sat down at the Seacrest Studios’ microphone to talk about her recent tour, new iTunes release, and words to live by. Victoria shared some advice with the patients, “Work hard, stay focused, and believe in yourself," and explained that these mottos have helped her a lot throughout her career.
While speaking to the patients in Atlanta, Victoria re-lived one of her favorite moments – the moment she found out she was getting her own show (it was also her 16th birthday)! “Dan Schneider, who created the show for me, said, ‘Most girls for their 16th birthday get a car, but Victoria, I’m giving you your own TV show’ and I just started crying. It was really, really cool.”
The 20-year-old Nickelodeon star also told the patients about a cause she is extremely passionate about called Girl Up. She has visited Guatemala with the organization that focuses on empowering girls around the world! Having a certified gold hit, Freak the Freak Out, under her belt, Justice was celebrating another hit release, Gold, which has been doing very well on iTunes. CHOA patients were excited to get a hug and autograph from Victoria. She lingered to have her picture made with every patient, which thrilled the girls AND the boys!
RSF and CHOA wish Victoria well and thank her for the time she spent at Seacrest Studios.
